Is the Starter tier really free forever?
Yes. Starter is free with no time limit and no credit card. You get unlimited QR labels, a full issue dashboard, and email notifications — for as long as you need them. The only constraints are team size (3 members) and the ads that appear on the reporter page and dashboard.
What are the ads like on the free tier?
Minimalist — a small banner on the reporter survey page and on the dashboard issue list. They promote ScanSolve itself initially. They never appear on your configuration pages or on the issue detail and update screens. Upgrading to Prime removes all ads everywhere.
How much does Prime cost?
Prime is £15/month on a monthly contract — no annual commitment required. This is a limited-time discounted rate from the standard £20/month price. We'll give existing subscribers notice before any price change.
Can I use ScanSolve for multiple sites on Starter?
Yes — there is no location or QR label limit on any plan. You can run multiple sites on Starter. The limits are around team size (3 members) and notification channels (email only). If you need a larger team or instant push alerts across those sites, Prime is the right move.
What counts as a 'team member'?
A team member is anyone you invite to your ScanSolve account who can log in to view and manage issues in the dashboard. Reporters who scan QR codes are not counted — they don't have accounts.
What's included in Enterprise?
Enterprise is for organisations that need advanced analytics and reporting, custom data backends (Google Sheets or Airtable), platform integrations (Slack, Teams), full white-labelling, SSO, and a dedicated support SLA. Get in touch and we'll put together a proposal.
